Why Brokers choose BeneBounce

More service, more time, more growth

Grow your book

A concierge that services Members around the clock frees you to sell. Happier clients, higher retention, more referrals.

Your pipeline stays yours

Broker-scoped visibility (row-level security) means you see your own book and no one else’s. Your accounts and Members are yours alone.

You stay in the loop

When a Member wants a person, the concierge escalates — to a licensed advisor, or to you — with full context so nothing gets dropped.

Where you sit in the model

BeneBounce uses precise words for who’s who — because the distinction matters for ownership and access:

  • Broker — you, the licensed person who sells and services. Always a person.
  • Brokerage — your firm. A Broker works under a Brokerage.
  • General Agent — a carrier-side distributor that connects at arm’s length, through the policies placed with its carriers — not above your Brokerage.

In short: you’re a Broker at a Brokerage. A General Agent connects to the book at arm’s length — through the policies placed with its carriers — the same way a carrier does. BeneBounce respects that in what each person can see and do.

Row-level security, by design. Your book is visible to you; other Brokers’ books are not. Scope follows the model — Broker and Brokerage.
You keep the relationship. BeneBounce is your service layer, not a replacement. The Member’s Broker of record is still you.

From question to resolution

  1. A Member asks

Someone in your book opens the concierge with a plan, provider, or prescription question.

  2. The concierge serves

It answers from their plan, finds care, and moves them forward — without pinging you for routine questions.

  3. You do what only you can

When it needs a licensed human, it comes to you or an advisor with context — so you close, advise, and retain.
